Doraemon LED Clear Light Hand up Figure

I’m very curious how does this Doraemon LED Figure will look like when it is lighted up.  Has anyone owned one?  Doraemon figure shown in the picture is not clear, it looks more like a lightbulb than Doraemon.  When it is light up, does the figure become clear?  The price for the light is $10.88 and I don’t think it is worth it unless you are really crazy for Doraemon.
