President Barack Obama has a tax plan targeting the riches. If President Obama is re-elected, his opponent Mitt Romney would need to pay $5 million in personal taxes. It was calculated by two nonprofit research groups, namely Citizens for Tax Justice and Tax Foundation. $5 million may means a lot to many people, but it does not make any significant difference in the nation’s trillion-dollar annual deficits.
