The Vietnamese model Elly Tran Ha (Nguyen Kim Hong) who was born in United States in 1987 and grew up in Ho Chi Minh City only played a small role in the film as the character Hoa.  I find that in the film, Elly Tran Ha is not as hot as what we usually know.
